Kindercraft needed a new CNC router to keep up with the growing demands of their business. The machine had to efficiently process melamine-veneered MDF and birch plywood for their diverse range of products, including desks, kitchen cabinetry, and custom furniture. They were also seeking a solution that could boost production speed without sacrificing quality, and future-proof their operations as the business continued to expand.
Our Solution
We provided Kindercraft with the AXYZ Infinite 6010 CNC Router, specifically configured to meet their growing production needs. This machine is equipped with direct-drive servos for precise movement, a 10HP quick-release spindle to handle heavy-duty cutting, and a 7-position Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) for efficient transitions between different tools. The 6010 model processes sheets up to 7' (2.15m) wide by 10' (3.04m) long, accommodating all their material size requirements. This solution allowed Kindercraft to increase productivity and maintain high-quality craftsmanship while also providing room for future growth.
