AXYZ Tampa is conveniently located off of I-75 and I-4, easily accessible from anywhere in Florida. Our bright and spacious facility includes both a showroom and training center, where interested customers can come in and see our CNC Routers in action. To help you with local machine installation, scheduling service calls or enquiring about new parts, contact our Customer Care Support Team at 905-634-4940. They’ll provide you with the information you need to optimize your knowledge and handling of your new CNC machine.

Technical Specialists will resolve any technical issues you may have through a remote diagnostic session or onsite visit, if needed. A specially designed service app is installed on all AXYZ technician’s mobile tablets, allowing for up-to-date customer information, real time communication and ability to follow up, second to none.

Technical Support

Once you call for technical support, a ticket is created and entered into our database by a member of our Customer Care Support Team. It’s then assigned to a service technician, and 60 percent of the time, the issue is resolved within 1 hour using a live, remote diagnostic session.
