Our table manufacturing process begins with a heavy gauge welded steel base that is coated with a durable epoxy finish for long life.

With optimized strength, weight and rigidity design factors for accuracy and consistency, our table bases form the backbone of our router table systems.

Utilizing our in-house designed and built frame squaring router table, we machine the bedding tabs for the table top, using CNC technology to ensure that our process begins with an absolutely level platform. The same machine is then used to machine out the rail beds ensuring that our linear rails are perfectly level and parallel to each other. There is no substitute for maintaining tight accuracy tolerances throughout the table production process.
