ICS Vision Registration System The AXYZ ICS is a powerful vision registration system for all AXYZ Series machines that allows the automatic alignment and correction of printing errors in Cut to Print applications. AXYZ ICS is powered by the industry leading I-Cut Vision Registration software.
ICS is the only system that will find and correct all types of distortions in digitally printed images. So regardless of the printing or lamination distortions that occur, AXYZ ICS will find the image and accurately, and repeatedly cut the images exactly as needed.
Pop Up Location pins
Pop up location pins are another innovative feature, available on all AXYZ Series router tables.
The hardened steel pins are pneumatically activated to allow fast, repeatable placement of your cutting materials onto the machine. Pop up pins are the most reliable method of ensuring your materials are on straight, and with the full pneumatic retraction, there is no fear of any cutting tool collision with the pin.
Configure your AXYZ Series machine with a minimum of three pins (three points of contact ensure your materials are on square to the machine), or more depending on your application needs. Because the pins are integrated to the deck of the machine, they are fixed in place and cannot be knocked out of alignment. The ¾” steel pins are extremely robust and can stand up to the repeated impacts of locating materials in place on the deck for the life of your machine.

Tool Length Sensor
The Tool Length Sensor option eliminates the need to manually configure the machine when determining relative tool tip heights. Extremely useful for multi tool machines, the Tool Length Sensor provides an easy to use and highly accurate method of setting tool bit heights at the press of a button.
