Popular sizes for signmakers in the AXYZ Series product are the 4000, 5000 and 6000 series machines. The 4000 offers a cutting width of 57”, the 5000 offers a 70” cutting width, and the 6000 offers an 80” processing width. Each machine is available with the AXYZ Aluminum Vacuum Bed for material hold down. Other common options for signmakers include the Unist mister (for cutting aluminum and other non-ferrous metals), pop up location pins for quick material alignment, collet or quick release spindles in 5 or 10 HP sizes.
For smaller spaces, AXYZ offers the Millennium CNC router. The Millennium is a table top design with a standard processing area of 39” x 39”, a 3 HP spindle, and an integrated operator console. Built with most of the same hardware as our large format machines, the Millennium delivers excellent quality in a smaller format platform.
