Configure an AXYZ CNC Router to fit your needs. A typical configuration for a metal fabrication application will include a 5 or 10 HP Automatic Tool Change system, Unist high performance misting system for cooling and lubricating during machining, a vacuum hold down system with high performance high pressure pump and pop-up location pins for easy material location. Other popular options include a Desoutter drilling head, or a bolt on Hypertherm 1250 Plasma option with down draft bed for cutting ferrous metals.

For high accuracy applications, the PACER HDS series machines are well suited with their ball screw drive motion systems. The HDS is designed with an all steel frame and gantry design, and driven by servo powered dual drive ball screw systems for extremely high accuracy machining.
